Fado Racer
"Fado Racer" is a collection of paintings that were inspired by current events and the cartoon "Speed Racer." The artist has repurposed imagery from the cartoon to create works that reference some of the most traumatic events happening around the world at the time. The use of imagery and vibrant colors is intended to allow the viewer to engage with the paintings while still participating in a larger and more difficult conversation.
